EPRS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 498 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A2, CLPS, and CHST9. Each is linked with EPRS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPRS1-to-partner and partner-to-EPRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2A2 grouped by EPRS1-low versus EPRS1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
