Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NARS1, BUB3, and SETBP1-DT. Each is linked with EPPK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPPK1-to-partner and partner-to-EPPK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NARS1 grouped by EPPK1-low versus EPPK1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
