Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,064 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPPK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Mitotic G1/S transition checkpoint signaling, and Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication. Each is linked with EPPK1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPPK1-to-partner and partner-to-EPPK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation grouped by EPPK1-low versus EPPK1-high in STOMACH.
