EPPK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,707 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT12, PIM3, and PYURF. Each is linked with EPPK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPPK1-to-partner and partner-to-EPPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYT12 grouped by EPPK1-low versus EPPK1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
