EPN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC14P, H3Y1, and NUDT4B. Each is linked with EPN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPN3-to-partner and partner-to-EPN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4ATAC14P grouped by EPN3-low versus EPN3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
