EPN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, RLN3, and CALHM4. Each is linked with EPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPN2-to-partner and partner-to-EPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9L grouped by EPN2-low versus EPN2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
