Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EPM2AIP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EPM2AIP1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher EPM2AIP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EPM2AIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where EPM2AIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
