EPM2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01627, RNA5SP410, and RPS23P5. Each is linked with EPM2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPM2A-to-partner and partner-to-EPM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01627 grouped by EPM2A-low versus EPM2A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
