EPM2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAX1, SSMEM1, and OR2T8. Each is linked with EPM2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPM2A-to-partner and partner-to-EPM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VAX1 grouped by EPM2A-low versus EPM2A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
