Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Lck, and PCNA. Each is linked with EPHX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHX1-to-partner and partner-to-EPHX1 results are reported.
