EPHB6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHB6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, KMT5A, and FAM72B. Each is linked with EPHB6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHB6-to-partner and partner-to-EPHB6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by EPHB6-low versus EPHB6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
