EPHB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF3B2, UHRF1, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with EPHB3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHB3-to-partner and partner-to-EPHB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SF3B2 grouped by EPHB3-low versus EPHB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
