EPHB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with EPHB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHB2-to-partner and partner-to-EPHB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by EPHB2-low versus EPHB2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
