EPHA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Tuberin_pT1462, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with EPHA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA7-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by EPHA7-low versus EPHA7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
