EPHA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, CDT1, and CKAP2L. Each is linked with EPHA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA6-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by EPHA6-low versus EPHA6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
