EPHA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 455 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPEF2, TEX43, and KRTAP4-9. Each is linked with EPHA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA6-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPEF2 grouped by EPHA6-low versus EPHA6-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
