EPHA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, CXXC1, and CDC45. Each is linked with EPHA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA4-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by EPHA4-low versus EPHA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
