EPHA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,916 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LBH, RGL1, and NCOA1. Each is linked with EPHA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA4-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPHA4 versus LBH in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
