EPHA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 377 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, OR52K1, and CBY1. Each is linked with EPHA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA4-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by EPHA4-low versus EPHA4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
