EPHA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPHA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ASNS, and NF2. Each is linked with EPHA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA3-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by EPHA3-low versus EPHA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
