EPHA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPHA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPHA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB4, OR10A2, and SCAI. Each is linked with EPHA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPHA3-to-partner and partner-to-EPHA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB4 grouped by EPHA3-low versus EPHA3-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPHA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPHA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
