EPG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DL4, CENPM, and NKG7. Each is linked with EPG5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPG5-to-partner and partner-to-EPG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR2DL4 grouped by EPG5-low versus EPG5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
