EPG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL5RA, HES3, and EARS2. Each is linked with EPG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPG5-to-partner and partner-to-EPG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL5RA grouped by EPG5-low versus EPG5-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
