EPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,008 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRPEL1, ZMYND11, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with EPC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC1-to-partner and partner-to-EPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPC1 versus GRPEL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
