Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,379 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP6NL, TAF5, and DCLRE1C. Each is linked with EPC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC1-to-partner and partner-to-EPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPC1 versus USP6NL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
