Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, CLLU1-AS1, and SPANXN2. Each is linked with EPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC1-to-partner and partner-to-EPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by EPC1-low versus EPC1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
