Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPB41L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPB41L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and Cyclin-E1. Each is linked with EPB41L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB41L2-to-partner and partner-to-EPB41L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by EPB41L2-low versus EPB41L2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB41L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB41L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
