Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPB41L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EPB41L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR550A1, LRRC42, and PARP2. Each is linked with EPB41L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB41L1-to-partner and partner-to-EPB41L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR550A1 grouped by EPB41L1-low versus EPB41L1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB41L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB41L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
