EPB41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPB41 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPB41-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, CD49b, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with EPB41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB41-to-partner and partner-to-EPB41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by EPB41-low versus EPB41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
