EPB41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPB41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,528 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPB41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPRD2, PDIK1L, and DDI2. Each is linked with EPB41 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB41-to-partner and partner-to-EPB41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPB41 versus RPRD2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
