EP400

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EP400 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,077 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EP400-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, SRSF9, and NONO. Each is linked with EP400 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EP400-to-partner and partner-to-EP400 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EP400→partner) and Y-score (partner→EP400) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
