EP400

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EP400 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,358 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EP400-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4, MTHFD2, and NDC1. Each is linked with EP400 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EP400-to-partner and partner-to-EP400 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EP400→partner) and Y-score (partner→EP400) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
