EOMES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EOMES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EOMES-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, NLN, and MPHOSPH10. Each is linked with EOMES in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EOMES-to-partner and partner-to-EOMES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB6 grouped by EOMES-low versus EOMES-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EOMES→partner) and Y-score (partner→EOMES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
