EOMES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EOMES mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,343 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EOMES-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHB5, MAP7D1, and NR0B1. Each is linked with EOMES in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EOMES-to-partner and partner-to-EOMES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB5 grouped by EOMES-low versus EOMES-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EOMES→partner) and Y-score (partner→EOMES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
