Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EOLA2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EOLA2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher EOLA2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EOLA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and SCLC are the cancer types where EOLA2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
