EOGT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EOGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EOGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOST, CXorf51A, and IL2. Each is linked with EOGT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EOGT-to-partner and partner-to-EOGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOST grouped by EOGT-low versus EOGT-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EOGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→EOGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
