ENY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, OR7E97P, and RNU6-502P. Each is linked with ENY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENY2-to-partner and partner-to-ENY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA48 grouped by ENY2-low versus ENY2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
