Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENTPD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENTPD6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ENTPD6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENTPD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where ENTPD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
