ENTPD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,521 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO7, CCAR2, and PCM1. Each is linked with ENTPD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD4-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
