Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENTPD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,072 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with ENTPD4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD4-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD4 results are reported.
