ENTPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,576 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP11, HSPA13, and TPRN_S241. Each is linked with ENTPD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD2-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENTPD2 versus FKBP11 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
