ENTPD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,887 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC6, MIR4783, and PROX1-AS1. Each is linked with ENTPD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD2-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENTPD2 versus TTC6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
