ENTPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,380 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-86P, RN7SKP254, and RNY1P3. Each is linked with ENTPD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD1-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-86P grouped by ENTPD1-low versus ENTPD1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
