Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP7P6 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ENPP7P6’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where ENPP7P6 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ENPP7P6 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KIRP, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where ENPP7P6 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
