Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP7P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ENPP7P10 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ENPP7P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENPP7P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and MESO show a favorable association.
COAD, UCS, and LUSC are the cancer types where ENPP7P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
