ENPP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METAP1, GRB2, and SP140_S291. Each is linked with ENPP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP7-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENPP7 versus METAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
