ENPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,059 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX21, KIF5B, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with ENPP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP7-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX21 grouped by ENPP7-low versus ENPP7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
