ENPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, Beclin, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with ENPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP7-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by ENPP7-low versus ENPP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
