Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENPP5 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ENPP5 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENPP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where ENPP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
