Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,700 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENPP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ENPP4, PLEKHA6_S459, and PLEKHA7. Each is linked with ENPP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP5-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENPP5 versus ENPP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
